Ingredients
- 1 kg ripe strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (395g)
- 2 cups full-fat cream (500 ml)

- Toss strawberries with sugar on a baking tray and roast for 45 minutes, then toss again and roast for another 15 minutes until softened.
- Blend cooled strawberries into a smooth puree with condensed milk and vanilla.
