Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda; set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy using an electric mixer.
- Mix in the egg, vanilla extract, vinegar, and red food coloring until just combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; mix until no streaks of flour remain.
- Gently fold in chopped Oreos and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop about 1.5 tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing cookies apart.
