- 1 bunch asparagus (cut into pieces)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- Fresh basil leaves (chopped)
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of water with salt; cook penne pasta until al dente.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic, onions, carrot, zucchini, bell pepper, and asparagus until tender.
- Stir in cherry tomatoes and remove from heat.
