  • 1/3 cup honey
  • red pepper flakes, to taste

Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and toss in cubed halloumi to coat.
  3. In another bowl, mix Panko breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, sesame seeds, paprika, and black pepper.
  4. Coat the halloumi pieces in the crumb mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 10-12 minutes; flip the pieces and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. While baking, mix honey with red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
