Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 box instant Oreo Cookies 'n Cream pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream (reduced-fat)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- About 20 Oreo cookies (divided; 8 whole and remainder coarsely chopped)
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3/4 cup cold milk
- 1 – 8 oz. container whipped topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your bundt pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate cake mix and pudding mix. Add eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil, and mix until blended. Gently fold in chopped Oreos.
- Pour batter into bundt pan and bake for about 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- For ganache, heat chocolate chips, heavy cream, and butter in a saucepan until melted; cool slightly before drizzling over the cooled cake.
- To make frosting, whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened; fold in whipped topping. Spread or pipe on top of the cooled cake and garnish with whole Oreos if desired.
