- 1 pound broccolini (or broccoli), cut into 2" sections
- 1/3 cup coconut aminos
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
- Olive oil or coconut oil for cooking
Instructions
- Coat the steak: Toss the thinly sliced steak with cornstarch (or arrowroot) and black pepper in a medium bowl.
- Cook the steak: In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and cook the steak in batches for 60-90 seconds on each side until browned. Remove and set aside.
