  • 2 cups cubed pineapple
  • 3 bell peppers (red, orange, yellow)
  • 1 red onion (quartered, layers separated)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 1 hour to prevent burning.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 425°F).
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine barbecue sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, sriracha, and sesame oil to make the marinade.
  4. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to coat well; let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
