  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1½ tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 3 teaspoons Sriracha

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. Preheat the grill to 350°F.
  3. In a bowl, combine chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
  4. Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers.
  5. Grill skewers with the lid closed for about 7 minutes; flip and cook for another 7–8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. While grilling, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha in a separate bowl.
  7. Once cooked, drizzle or brush the skewers with the bang bang sauce before serving.
