Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken thighs or breasts, cubed
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 8–10 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Marinate chicken in a Ziploc bag with avocado oil and seasoning mix; toss until coated.
- Thread chicken onto soaked skewers tightly.
- Combine butter and minced garlic in a microwave-safe bowl; heat until melted. Stir in parmesan cheese, ranch seasoning, red pepper flakes, and parsley. Reserve some sauce for basting.
- Air fry skewers at 400°F for 4 minutes; flip and baste with reserved sauce. Cook for an additional 7 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Serve warm with any remaining sauce.
