- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soup

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 8 oz. elbow macaroni (cooked and drained)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, milk, cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper; stir until blended.
