  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz. elbow macaroni (cooked and drained)
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, milk, cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper; stir until blended.
  3. Mix in the cooked beef and onion until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a crockpot; cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
  5. Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
  6. After 3-4 hours, stir in the cooked macaroni into the crockpot; cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes on low before serving.
