  • 6 cloves garlic (pressed)

  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts (drained and quartered)
  • 8 oz jar sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil (with herbs)
  • 8 oz baby spinach
  • 1 onion (diced)

Instructions
