- 1 tablespoon honey

- Zest from 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 pound uncooked pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 pound asparagus (ends trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces)
- 1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/2 large red onion (thinly sliced)
Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by combining Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, honey, lemon pepper, lemon zest, and sea salt in a jar. Shake vigorously until well mixed.
- Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot. Add pasta and cook for 11 minutes. After that, add the asparagus and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta and asparagus with halved tomatoes and sliced onions. Toss gently with the dressing until evenly coated.
