- 1 (16-oz) box elbow macaroni
- 3 (5-oz) cans tuna packed in water (drained)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 hardboiled eggs (chopped)
- 1 medium red onion (chopped)
- 3 sticks celery (chopped)
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 1 1/4 cups frozen peas
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2/3 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions; add frozen peas during the last 6-8 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water until cooled.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, sweet pickle relish, lemon juice, celery seeds, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir in drained tuna and let sit for about 5 minutes.
- Fold in cooled macaroni and peas along with chopped hardboiled eggs, red onion, celery, and green onions until well combined.
- Cover and chill for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
