- salt (pinch)
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 egg (slightly beaten)
- 1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 1/2 cups finely diced apples (Granny Smith and Gala)
- Canola oil (for frying)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugars, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
