  • 8 ounces unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 cup Reese's Pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the room-temperature butter, sugars, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes before mixing again.
  5. Gradually fold in the flour mixture using a rubber spatula until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and Reese's Pieces until evenly distributed.
  7. Roll about three tablespoons of dough into balls and place on prepared sheets with ample spacing between.
  8. Bake for around 11 minutes or until golden edges are achieved but still soft in the center. Allow to cool on sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
