  • 5 oz milk chocolate
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Prepare two 8-inch round cake pans.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
  3. Combine wet ingredients: eggs, milk, sour cream, oil, vanilla. Blend with dry mix.
  4. Add hot water and mix until smooth; bake for 35 minutes.
