- 4 large Russet Potatoes
- 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 8 slices Turkey Bacon
- 1 pound Chicken Sausage
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
