Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together flour and brown sugar for the streusel. Cut in cold butter until crumbly; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla.
  5. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in blueberries carefully to maintain their shape.
