- 1 package (12 rolls) King's Hawaiian rolls
- 1 pound ground beef breakfast sausage
- 16 slices American cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 6 slices thick turkey bacon
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1–2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned, then set aside. Scramble eggs in the same skillet and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating them. Place the bottom halves on the baking sheet.
- Layer cheese, sausage, turkey bacon, scrambled eggs, and more cheese on the bottom halves.
