  • 1 package (12 rolls) King's Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 pound ground beef breakfast sausage
  • 16 slices American cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 6 slices thick turkey bacon
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 12 tablespoons sriracha sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned, then set aside. Scramble eggs in the same skillet and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating them. Place the bottom halves on the baking sheet.
  4. Layer cheese, sausage, turkey bacon, scrambled eggs, and more cheese on the bottom halves.
  5. Top with the other halves of the rolls, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning, cover with foil, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
