Ingredients
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 140 g almond flour
- 75 g sugar
- 150 g margarine
- 500 mL soy milk
- 30 g cornstarch
- 75 g brown sugar
- 3 g agar-agar
- Fresh pineapple sage leaves (to taste)
- 60 g margarine
- 40 g cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 250 g strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). In a food processor, combine flour, almond flour, sugar, and margarine until crumbly. Press into a tart pan and bake for 20 minutes until golden. Let cool.
- Heat soy milk in a saucepan. Mix cornstarch, brown sugar, and agar-agar with cold soy milk until smooth. Add to warm soy milk while whisking continuously until thickened (5-7 minutes). Stir in pineapple sage and let cool slightly.
- Pour cooled cream over tart base and chill until set. Arrange sliced strawberries on top before serving.
