- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
- 1 medium red bell pepper (diced)
- 1 medium green bell pepper (diced)

Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then coat lightly with cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
