- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup salted butter (melted)
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces whipped topping
- 36 vanilla sandwich cookies
- ¼ cup strawberry syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, egg, melted butter, and heavy cream until smooth. Fold in white chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter into the baking dish and bake for 18-23 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; add sour cream and vanilla, then fold in whipped topping.
- Spread the frosting over cooled brownies.
- In a food processor, crumble the vanilla sandwich cookies and mix with strawberry syrup. Sprinkle on top of frosted brownies.
