  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup salted butter (melted)
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
  • 36 vanilla sandwich cookies
  • ¼ cup strawberry syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, egg, melted butter, and heavy cream until smooth. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  3. Spread the batter into the baking dish and bake for 18-23 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; add sour cream and vanilla, then fold in whipped topping.
  5. Spread the frosting over cooled brownies.
  6. In a food processor, crumble the vanilla sandwich cookies and mix with strawberry syrup. Sprinkle on top of frosted brownies.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.
