- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 ⅓ cup all-purpose flour

- 2 eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil

- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup chicken sparkling grape juice
- 5 egg whites
- 10 oz granulated sugar (for buttercream)
- 15 oz butter (cold)
- ½ cup strawberry puree
- Red or pink food gel coloring
- White and gold sprinkles

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two round cake pans.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine eggs, vegetable oil, sour cream, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and fold in chicken sparkling grape juice gently.
- Divide batter between prepared pans and bake for 30–40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool cakes in pans for 10 minutes before transferring them to wire racks.
- For the buttercream, beat egg whites and gradually add sugar until stiff peaks form. Slowly mix in cold butter, then add strawberry puree and desired food coloring.
- After cooling completely, frost one layer with buttercream before placing the second layer on top. Frost the entire cake and decorate as desired.
