- 1/2 cup Superfine Sugar
- 12 large Egg Whites
- 1 1/2 cups Superfine Sugar
- 1 tsp Cream of Tartar
- 1 1/4 cups Cake Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
