  • 8 oz shell pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Cook shell pasta in boiling salted water until al dente; reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Season steak bites with salt and pepper; pat dry.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side; set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat and add butter and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer; whisk in Parmesan until melted.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with sauce; adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  7. Serve topped with seared steak bites and parsley.
