Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta
- 1/3 cup diced sweet onion
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- dash of nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch square casserole dish.
