  • 1 ⅔ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups diced strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp melted salted butter (for glaze)
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (for glaze)
  • 24 Tbsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract and sour cream.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking powder, and lemon zest. Gradually combine with the wet mixture.
  4. Gently fold in diced strawberries.
  5. Pour batter into the bundt pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. For the glaze, mix melted butter with powdered sugar and vanilla; add milk to reach desired consistency, then drizzle over cooled cake.
