- 1 cup salted butter (room temperature)
- 1 ½ cups granulated white sugar

- 2 Tbsp melted salted butter (for glaze)
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar (for glaze)

- 2–4 Tbsp milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract and sour cream.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking powder, and lemon zest. Gradually combine with the wet mixture.
- Gently fold in diced strawberries.
- Pour batter into the bundt pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- For the glaze, mix melted butter with powdered sugar and vanilla; add milk to reach desired consistency, then drizzle over cooled cake.
