  • 2 tbsp sugar (25g)
  • 2 tsp salt (10g)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted (57g)

Instructions

  6. Punch down the dough, shape into a loaf, place in a greased pan, cover again, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
