Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 bars Hershey's chocolate
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup large marshmallows (cut in half or quarters)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, brown sugar, and salt. Press into a greased baking pan.
- Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
- Melt Hershey's chocolate, chocolate chips, heavy cream in a saucepan or microwave until smooth.
- Spread melted chocolate over the cooled crust and top with mini and halved large marshmallows.
- Bake for another 5-7 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
