Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds Little Potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 1 cup Zesty Italian Dressing
- 2 tablespoons mustard
Instructions
- Parboil the potatoes for about 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- Cut the onion into 1½ inch pieces.
- Slice the smoked sausage into 1-inch pieces.
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes and place them in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix Zesty Italian dressing, mustard, pepper, and Mrs. Dash seasoning; pour over chicken and toss to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
