- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup red bell pepper (finely diced)
- 2 tablespoons green onion (diced)
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 strips turkey bacon (cooked)
- 2 toasted buns

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, red bell pepper, green onion, smoked paprika, Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape into balls.
- Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the meatballs in the skillet and smash down gently with a spatula to form patties.
- Cook for about 4–5 minutes before flipping. Add cheese slices on top after flipping and cover until melted (3–4 minutes).
- Assemble by spreading mayo and sriracha on toasted buns, topping with patties, turkey bacon, and red onion.
