  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 2 large potatoes, cubed
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen green peas
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Season the diced chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the chicken until browned (about 4-5 minutes).
