  • 1 cup apple cider

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from the beef chuck roast and cut it into large chunks. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the seasoned beef in the slow cooker. Add sliced onions, minced garlic, apple cider, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and ground cinnamon.
