Instructions
- Preheat oven to 415°F.
- Slice sweet potato into 1/4 inch rounds. Toss with olive oil and salt, then roast on a baking sheet for 10-12 minutes until tender.
- In a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, heat ghee or olive oil. Sauté minced garlic and diced onions until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Mix in mustard, ketchup, coconut aminos, salt, pepper, tomato paste, chili powder, and apple cider vinegar. Stir well.
