  • 1 1/2 cups finely chopped red onion (optional)
  • 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, quartered
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 12 ounces diced turkey bacon

Instructions
