  • 1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 10 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 to 5 ounces salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and allow it to cool slightly.
  3. Combine melted butter with egg, brown sugar, and vanilla extract; whisk until smooth.
  4. Mix in flour and salt until just combined.
  5. Spread batter evenly in the prepared pie dish and bake for about 10-12 minutes until edges are firm.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips followed by shredded coconut.
