  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
