Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Bake Turkey Bacon on a sheet pan for about 25 minutes until crisp; set aside.
- Raise oven temperature to 425°F. Roast sliced apples on the same sheet pan for 15 minutes until golden brown; set aside.
- In a skillet with Turkey Bacon fat, toast pecans over medium heat until fragrant; set aside.
- Sauté shallots in olive oil until caramelized. Stir in maple syrup and apple cider vinegar; simmer briefly.
