  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 jalapeño pepper, finely diced
  • 1 orange pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by slicing the chicken, onion, and orange pepper; mince the garlic; finely dice the jalapeño; and shred the cabbage.
  2. In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until cooked through (5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. Sauté onion in the same skillet for about 3 minutes. Add garlic and jalapeño; cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add cabbage and orange pepper to the skillet and stir-fry until tender-crisp (5-7 minutes).
  5. Pour in chicken stock, oyster sauce, and soy sauce; mix well. Return cooked chicken to the skillet and heat through for another 2-3 minutes.
