  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 12 oz orange candy melts
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, finely crush the Oreo cookies.
  2. Combine crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl; mix until smooth.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-covered baking sheet. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  4. Use a toothpick to score lines in each ball to resemble pumpkins; chill again for 10 minutes.
  5. Melt orange candy melts using a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, let excess drip off, then place back on the baking sheet.
  7. Immediately add pretzel sticks as stems and pipe green icing for leaves.
  8. Chill until ready to serve.
