  • 1 tablespoon butter (for greasing)
  • granulated sugar (for rolling)
  • orange food coloring (optional)
  • chocolate chips (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, combine the butter, cream cheese, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir until thickened.
  2. Mix in the graham cracker crumbs and white chocolate chips until smooth; add orange food coloring if desired.
  3. Pour the mixture onto a greased baking sheet and refrigerate for about 2 hours until firm.
  4. Roll chilled mixture into small balls using buttered hands.
  5. Coat each ball in granulated sugar and decorate with chocolate chips as stems.
