Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 stem from a bell pepper (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded sharp cheddar until smooth.
- Layer cling wrap on your counter; sprinkle ⅓ cup cheddar on it.
- Spoon the cheese mixture over the cheddar, covering it completely with remaining cheese.
- Wrap tightly in cling wrap; use rubber bands to shape into a pumpkin.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Garnish with the bell pepper stem and serve with crackers or veggie sticks.
