  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 stem from a bell pepper (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded sharp cheddar until smooth.
  2. Layer cling wrap on your counter; sprinkle ⅓ cup cheddar on it.
  3. Spoon the cheese mixture over the cheddar, covering it completely with remaining cheese.
  4. Wrap tightly in cling wrap; use rubber bands to shape into a pumpkin.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  6. Garnish with the bell pepper stem and serve with crackers or veggie sticks.
