  • 8 oz canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 2 tbsp salted butter
  • 45 fresh sage leaves (or 1/2 tsp ground sage)
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions in salted water, stirring occasionally.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the salted butter. Add minced garlic and sage; sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in canned pumpkin, heavy cream, whole milk, and nutmeg until well combined and heated through.
