  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 packet Sazon seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons sofrito (optional)

Instructions

  5. Flip the chicken and continue baking for another 20 minutes.
  6. Increase the heat to 400°F (200°C) and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
