  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1½ cups chopped pecans
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Make the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into a baking dish and chill.
