  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 16 ounces chopped Butterfinger

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add peanut butter, egg, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  3. Gradually incorporate the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the chopped Butterfinger bits.
  5. Chill the dough for at least 15 minutes.
  6. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
  7. Shape dough into balls and place on baking sheets with space between each cookie.
  8. Bake for about 10 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
