  • 26 Oreos (for crust)
  • 3 (8-ounce) blocks cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • White chocolate and semisweet chocolate for ganache

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush 26 Oreos for the crust and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Bake crust for 10 minutes and let cool.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, eggs, and flour; mix well. Fold in chopped Oreos.
  4. Pour filling over the cooled crust and bake at 325°F (160°C) for about 70 minutes.
  5. Prepare ganache by heating heavy cream and whisking with chopped white chocolate until smooth; repeat with semisweet chocolate.
  6. Once cooled, pour ganache over cheesecake, refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  7. Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla; spread over cheesecake before serving.
