  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  3. Pour in chicken broth while scraping the bottom of the pot. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add tortellini and cook for 4–6 minutes until tender.
  5. Return chicken to the pot and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Cook together for an additional 2–3 minutes before serving.
