One-Pan Garlic Herb Chicken with Crispy Potatoes & Green Beans is a quick and delicious meal that brings together succulent chicken breasts, golden crispy potatoes, and tender green beans—all cooked in one pan for minimal cleanup.

- 2 large chicken breasts
- 500g baby potatoes
- 300g fresh green beans
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for potatoes)
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for green beans)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C (400F).
- Toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper; spread on one side of a baking dish.
- Mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper; coat chicken breasts in this mixture and place them in the center of the dish.
- Bake chicken and potatoes for 20 minutes.
- Toss green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper; add to baking dish after 20 minutes.
- Bake for another 20 minutes until everything is cooked through (chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 75C/165F).
