Description

One-Pan Garlic Herb Chicken with Crispy Potatoes & Green Beans is a quick and delicious meal that brings together succulent chicken breasts, golden crispy potatoes, and tender green beans—all cooked in one pan for minimal cleanup.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 500g baby potatoes
  • 300g fresh green beans
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for potatoes)
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for green beans)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C (400F).
  2. Toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper; spread on one side of a baking dish.
  3. Mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper; coat chicken breasts in this mixture and place them in the center of the dish.
  4. Bake chicken and potatoes for 20 minutes.
  5. Toss green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper; add to baking dish after 20 minutes.
  6. Bake for another 20 minutes until everything is cooked through (chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 75C/165F).
