Ingredients
- 16 oz Cream Cheese (room temperature)
- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- ¼ cup Flour
- 4 tbsp Butter (melted)
- 16 Nutter Butters (for crust)
- Extra Nutter Butters (for garnish)
- ¾ cup Peanut Butter Chips
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (dark pan) or 325°F (light pan).
- Crush the Nutter Butter cookies in a Ziploc bag using a rolling pin until fine crumbs form.
- In a bowl, combine crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, and sour cream until smooth; add sugar and flour, then mix in eggs until combined.
